Returns Made Easy

We want you to love what you ordered! If it's not the right fit, you have 60 days from delivery to return any unused items in their original packaging. Just drop us a line at contact@northernsuncanada.com, and we'll help you out.

How to Return Your Items

It’s simple:

1. Your package includes a prepaid return shipping label and a return form.
2. Fill out the return form (the more details, the faster we can process your return).
3. Repack your item(s) in the original packaging.
4. Attach the return shipping label, covering any old labels.
5. Drop the package off at any courier location or schedule a pickup online.

If you didn’t get a return label or form, no worries! Just email us at contact@northernsuncanada.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.

We’ll process your return within 7-14 days once we receive your package.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Missing Your Refund?

If you’re still waiting for your refund, try these steps:

1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take time to appear.
3. Reach out to your bank—there’s often a delay in posting refunds.

If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see your refund, shoot us an email at contact@northernsuncanada.com.

Received a Defective or Damaged Item?

We’re sorry about that! Please return the item following our usual return process, and don’t forget to include a photo of the damage when you email us at contact@northernsuncanada.com—we’ll take it from there.
