Pre Sale Questions
We get it—sometimes things just don’t fit quite right, and that’s okay.
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. To keep things easy, all returns and exchanges are now handled through our Return & Exchange Portal. Just follow the steps in the link to get started.
A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total to help cover return shipping and processing costs. We’re a small Canadian brand doing our best to make the process as smooth and economical as possible for everyone.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Final Sale Items
Any item marked at 50% off or more is considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes end-of-season clearance and other heavily discounted items. Not sure? Reach out and we’ll gladly clarify.
We currently ship throughout Canada to all provinces and territories.
We do our best to offer free shipping on all orders over $150. That said, some remote locations can be very costly to service. In rare cases, we reserve the right to limit free shipping to areas with exceptionally high shipping rates—but don’t worry, this doesn’t happen often thanks to our great shipping partners.
We work closely with trusted Canadian shipping partners to offer the best possible rates and reliable service across the country.
Due to ongoing service interruptions, we only use Canada Post for PO boxes. All other orders are typically shipped with UPS, FedEx, or local couriers—all of which include tracking numbers so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Yes—we offer free shipping on all orders over $150 before tax within Canada.

Our products are designed in Canada and manufactured in China. If that's a deal breaker, we get it but here's a couple of things to consider before you write us off.
- China has loads of garment manufacturing experience with high standards, modern technology, and efficient operations which ensures the garments remain affordable
- We only work with one factory that we know, trust, and visit annually to ensure high labour standards and, not just good, great working conditions
- The factory is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified
- We Quality Check every product before it leaves the factory and stand behind our products. If you ever have any issues with the quality, just send us a message.
- Remember that ‘Made in Canada’ only requires 10% of final assembly to happen in Canada
