Pinnochio's Furniture
Last week, I headed to Whistler, BC, for some serious mountain biking with the King brothers to rigorously test products and shoot content for the Fall and Winter.
I always love the hilarious trail names. My favorite was "Pinocchio’s Furniture" featuring wooden boardwalk sections that tested our core strength and balance!
Meanwhile, the ski hill still had loads of snow, even in June.
The Snow Cats carved 8-12 foot high "Snow Walls" up Blackcomb Mountain. Check out the photo above—you'll see me for scale and get a sneak peek at some new products!
Warmer temps at the base let me test out T-shirts and Tilley hat in the forest and take a dip in Lost Lake, which at 4 degrees Celsius was perfect for sore muscles after a lot of riding and hiking.
For me, no Whistler trip is complete without a round at Whistler Golf Course, where the mountain views are stunning, and you can even see black bears snacking on dandelions on the back nine.
Now, it's back to the office to continue prepping for fall and winter. Don’t miss our summer lineup and the ongoing giveaways this week—I tested the shorts, and they were much more reliable than my balance on the boardwalks!
